Special Events Permit Application
Thank you for your interest in organizing an event in the city of Clearwater. Submission and acceptance of this application is not to be construed as an approval of your request for a Permit.
If any information provided in the application is false or if the application does not comply with the timeframes, deadlines, and requirements, the permit may be denied.
By filling out this application, you agree to pay a $50 non-refundable application fee to be included in your final invoice.
The Special Events Department must receive your complete application with all supporting documents at least 30 calendar days prior to the event, but not more than one year.
The review process does not begin until the COMPLETED APPLICATION, including all required attachments, has been received.
