Below please find a brief description of the different meetings you can choose from:


Premium Event Integrated Package*

For high-touch calls under 100 participants. Coordinators answer and greet all callers, gather check-in info (name, company, etc.), and place them into your meeting. Your lead coordinator remains on the call to monitor the quality, introduce speakers, and actively manage your Q&A and polling sessions.


INCLUDES:

  • Live Operator Greeting
  • Up to two fields of Information collected (Name & Company or Name & Location)


Premium ExpressConnect (PEC) Integrated Package*

All the outstanding features of a Premium call, but PEC is the preferred choice for a hassle-free event entry with even more accurate attendee data. Enable your attendees to enter meetings quickly and easily. PEC provides the choice between "Call Me," an automated callback service, or "I Will Call In," which conveniently displays the necessary dial-in information. With PEC, your attendees can access your meeting from any device, simply with the URL.


INCLUDES:

  • Real-time registration on day of event with Web Interface providing Dial-Out & Dial-In entry into your meeting
  • Up to five fields of Information collected


Premium Auto Check-In Name Record (PAC-NR) Integrated Package*

A good choice for more than 100 participants when a post-meeting attendee report IS required. Participants enter with a passcode, but then they are prompted to record their name and one additional piece of information (i.e., name and location). Your lead coordinator remains on the call to monitor the quality, introduce speakers, and actively manage your Q&A and polling sessions. Speakers dial in on a different number and are greeted by coordinators similar to a Premium Event.


INCLUDES:

  • Passcode Entry, then prompted to record their information
  • Up to two fields of Information collected (Name & Company or Name & Location)


Direct RSVP/Express Attend Integrated Package*

Best choice when a post-conference attendee report IS required for a larger event. Great for calls that require a little extra security and/or approval to join your meeting. Participants pre-register for the event online and enter the information you would like to collect from them. Or let us send you pre-assigned PINs to distribute to your expected participants. All Speakers are greeted by their assigned coordinator and held in a pre-conference until the start of the call.

  • Pre-event registration with PIN code entry into your meeting
  • Up to 22 fields of Information could be collected
