Zoom Webinar Online Event Request

Please fill out this form. Note that many fields are marked as required. Following submission of this form, the St. Edward's Office of Events & Conference Services will review your events criteria for approval to use the SEU Zoom Webinar license. If your webinar request is approved, your webinar will be placed on the SEU event scheduling program, 25Live, and you will be sent an email confirming your webinar. This email will contain a second form that you must fill out in order to have custom attributes added to your webinar. Thank You
 
 
 
The Host will be listed as the primary contact for the webinar and their name/email will appear on all communications regarding the webinar. The host must be a St. Edward's staff or faculty member (students cannot be hosts).
 
 
 
Webinar licenses will not be provided to events expecting fewer than 50 attendees
 
 
Webinars using the St. Edward's account cannot occur concurrently. To view the webinar schedule, search "Zoom Webinar" using 25Live scheduling software.

If "Yes", the event host will be provided with a registration link to share and all attendees must register in order to gain admittance to the webinar.
