The City of Waltham CARES Emergency Rental Assistance program was established to provide rental assistance grants to Waltham households that are income-eligible and have been economically impacted during the COVID-19 pandemic through job loss, furlough, or reduction in hours or pay and have a notice to quit or an eviction notice from your landlord.
