PFHT Advisory Committee - Topic Submission

The “Advisory Committee Topic Submission Process & Form” is a proposal for submitting topics to the Private for-Hire Transportation Advisory Committee from either public or industry members. This process and form is not required for Private for-Hire Transportation Advisory Committee Members.

Topics may be submitted for consideration to the Advisory Committee by filling out the information in its entirety as outlined below. If not, your submission will be returned for completion of the required information.

The Advisory Committee is under no obligation to consider your submission. All topics chosen for consideration will appear on the agenda as designated by the Advisory Committee Chair. The Advisory Committee Chair also allocates the amount of discussion time for topics. Topics may not be scheduled or considered in the order in which they are received.
