January 2024 Winter Storm: Building Damage Self-Reporting Survey

The City of Portland is seeking information from the community about buildings they own or occupy that were damaged during the January 2024 winter storms. Though assistance cannot be guaranteed, this additional information will be used to help the City of Portland and other public agencies:


  • Determine the level and types of assistance needed by the community for storm recovery efforts; and
  • Ensure storm damaged buildings remain safe for use.


Please complete the following form to self-report damage to a building you own or occupy. Please do not submit information for properties you do not own or occupy unless you have permission to submit the information on behalf of a building owner or occupant.


Based on your answers, the City of Portland or its partner agencies may send you additional information about recovery efforts.
