Bronco Employee Relief Fund Application

Application Overview


The Bronco Employee Relief Fund provides financial assistance to Cal Poly Pomona employees (faculty, staff and/or auxiliary) facing unexpected emergencies or financial hardships. Eligible employees can apply for one-time payments to help alleviate financial burdens due to unforeseen circumstances.


Note: Requests associated with declared emergencies may be prioritized. Be sure to attach official documentation or reference materials confirming the declared status.


Application Process


  1. Complete this application with all required information and attach supporting documentation.
  2. Application Review: A committee will review applications and determine eligibility.
  3. Notification: Applicants will receive an approval or denial notification within three weeks.
  4. Disbursement: Approved applicants will receive funds via direct deposit or check.
