This form is only required if adding elective course(s) will increase your current quarter's units to more than 18 units (18.5 or higher). Your study list is defaulted to a maximum of 18 units so you must get approval to increase units over that amount.

Please list ALL electives for the quarter, even if only one causes you to exceed 18 units.

To expedite this process, answer all questions. Please provide 3-5 business days before receiving approval. If your advisor has any concerns, you will receive an email from them directly before approval will be provided. This may add to the additional time before approval.
