This form is for members of UK Scouts to register your interest in participation or volunteering opportunities for upcoming UK Contingents to international events.

There is no commitment at this stage. We will use your response to email you very occasionally (expected to be 2-4 times per year) to keep you updated about the events you have expressed an interest in. If you are currently under 18, please ask a parent or carer to provide their details below.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all personal data you provide us with for this expression of interest form. The following statements describe what we are doing with your data and how long we'll store it so you're fully informed prior to you submitting your personal information.

We ask for your personal data to inform you about the listed events. We do so on the legal basis of consent. We'll only collect information necessary in order for you to receive these event communications. Your data will not be shared with any third parties. Your personal data relating to this expression of interest form will be retained by us until the completion of the event that you have expressed an interest in. You information will be held securely and we will use third party mailing software to contact you. If you go on to register for an event we will need further information from you, and we will provide you with details about this at that time.
