Position: Batch Plant Operator

Location: Old Harbour, St.Catherine

Job Description:

The Batch Plant Operator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concrete batching plant. This includes ensuring the consistent production of high-quality concrete, monitoring plant equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the batching plant to produce concrete as per the required specifications.
Monitor the mixing process to ensure the correct consistency and quality of concrete.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
Manage inventory of raw materials and ensure timely replenishment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and ensure the plant is compliant with environmental standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience.
Concrete pump operation skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
