HMT USA Return Policy


1) Only standard items are eligible for returns. No items that have been modified, or are considered “specials,” are eligible for return.


2) All returns must be submitted for pre-approval using the HMT Returns form order to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RGA#) prior to shipping back to HMT. Any items received by HMT without an RGA# will be returned, at the sender’s expense.


3) All merchandise must be less than 12 months old, be in original packaging, & able to be resold based on visual inspection.


4) A minimum handling charge of 10% or $40.00, whichever is greater, will apply to all authorized returns of products inventoried in the United States.
