Half-day rentals start at $1200 + GST.

Rooms available are ideal for groups of 10+ people and can be used for meetings, breakfasts, receptions and more.

All rentals include a basic AV package, including a screen, podium and microphone. Digital signage outside the room and Wi-Fi are also included.

A limited number of meeting rooms are available for rental at the Vancouver Convention Centre East. Please note, this form only acts as a request and does not guarantee a booking. A deposit may be required upon confirmation.
