2025-2026 Housing Application

We're excited that you're interested in Residence Life at Grayson College. After you've applied to the College, please complete the Housing Application below to begin the process. One of our team members will follow up with you soon. Go Vikings!


Please keep in mind that for the 2025-2026 academic year, there will be limited spots as we will be down to one residence hall during construction. Our new residence hall is projected to open August of 2026.


Application for August of 2025 are on a first come, first served basis and will be approved in the order of the following:


  1. Application Fee is paid.
  2. Deposit is paid.
  3. Background check is complete/passed.
  4. All paperwork has been submitted to Grayson Housing.
  5. All tuition and fees have been paid or a payment plan has been set up.
  6. No outstanding balance from the previous semesters. Must have a zero dollar balance.

Criminal Background Check

A criminal history report is required for all students applying to live on campus at Grayson College. Background checks are automatically run for Texas residents. If you have lived outside of the state of Texas for the last 5 years, watch your Viking email for a background check from Acutraq.

Please note that athletes will be placed in a quad space, per coaches and availability. Double suites are extremely limited and are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Roommates for student athletes are ultimately selected by the Coaches, but we welcome your input. Non-student athletes may also provide a roommate preference. In all cases, both parties (you and your preferred roommate) must submit completed housing applications prior to posted deadlines for the request to be considered.

By submitting this application to live in Grayson College Housing, you understand all residents are required to purchase a meal plan.


19 meals per week for the semester (3 meals per day Monday-Friday plus 2 meals per day Saturday-Sunday) $2,456 + $154 in tax = $2,610

Payment Plan*

Are you setting up a payment plan through MyViking for ALL charges (tuition, housing, etc) on your ledger? Note: This option will be available AFTER paying your application and deposit fees and includes all charges on your statement at the time of arrangement. If you want the payment plan to include housing charges, be sure those are posted to your statement BEFORE setting up the payment plan. There is a one-time processing fee of $30. If you choose to pay differently and wish to make meal payments, select No below and continue to choose the meal option that charges a $15 processing fee for each of the 3 meal payments

Please acknowledge that you must have your housing charges (room and meal plan) paid in full or on a payment plan before you may move in. Proof of payment or payment plan must be submitted.
