When providing any art files, please be sure the files are in a vector format due to the large format printing that is required for onsite signage.


Acceptable file formats:

  • Logos: Provide BOTH png AND ai, .eps or high-res pdf
  • Custom graphics: .ai, .eps or high-res pdf
  • Other information such as speaker names for education sponsorships or general information requested can be shared in the comments box below or via upload of pdf, word or excel document.

You can provide the copy for your company spotlight email via file upload or by sending the copy via email to shawn@cemllc.com.
