The Wise County Office of Emergency Management and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will be hosting "Sparks of Knowledge," the Wise County Fire Convention, on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 9AM-3PM at the Decatur Conference Center (2010 W. HWY US 380, Decatur, TX 76234).

This is a free conference dedicated to introducing Texans to the role of prescribed fire in land management and wildfire prevention. You do not have to be a resident of Wise County to benefit from the information.

CEU's are available for Certified & Insured Prescribed Burn Managers and Private Pesticide Applicators.
