Hotel Bridge Fund Application

All full-service hotels, limited service hotels, extended stay hotels, bed and breakfast facilities, inns and motels located in DC, with at least 10 rooms, will be eligible for the Hotel Bridge Fund, including those that have temporarily suspended operations or are operating in a limited capacity. Operators must have a current Hotel, Bed and Breakfast, or Inn and Motel Business License. Please complete this application to begin the process. You will need to be prepared with all documents as you must complete this application in one session. Please see list of documents below that are required: 1. 2019 Detailed Monthly Income Statement 2. 2020 Detailed Monthly Income Statement to date 3. 2019 Tax Return 4. Copy of Hotel, Inn and Motel, or Bed and Breakfast Lodging Business License 5. OTR Clean Hands Certificate as of October 1, 2019
