I have read the National Courtesy Corps Eligibility and understand the roles and responsibilities. I understand that if I am selected that failure to meet the Code of Conduct standards will result in these steps:

  1. My state director and/or advisor will be notified of inappropriate conduct.
  2. If under age 18, I may be asked to call my parents/guardians and report conduct not in compliance with these guidelines.
  3. At the Advisor’s and/or Director’s discretion, non-compliance with these standards may result in participant arranging transportation home. (parents/guardians if under age 18)
  4. Additionally, if I am unwilling to perform the responsibilities as assigned during the conference, I will be responsible for reimbursing SkillsUSA for all expenses incurred including meals, room charges, registration fees and activity fees.
Travel Agreement*

I understand that NCC participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Atlanta and should arrive on Saturday, June 21, by 4 p.m., so they can start to work in the contest areas on Sunday, June 22. Departure is Saturday, June 28. Please check with your chaperone and/or your SkillsUSA state director for further travel requirement instructions.

I understand if selected as a participant that I will need to bring my own linens: twin XL mattress sheet, blanket, pillow and towel. Please note there is access to the onsite laundry facility and detergent will be provided to reduce need for packing multiple towels.
