New this year: There is no limit to the number of pieces you can submit in this year's CASE Awards. If you are submitting multiple pieces, you will have to complete this form separately for each entry.

Competition Deadlines:

• May 12, 2025 - June 23, 2025: Entry forms accepted

• June 25 – July 11, 2025: All entries will be reviewed online by an industry expert judging panel. Entries will be narrowed down to the top designs in each category, who will be considered finalists. While the pieces will not be judges on the quality of the photos, it is important to give the best visual representation of the piece possible.

• July 15, 2025: Finalists will be notified by this date if they need to ship their physical pieces to JA's offices.

           DO NOT SHIP YOUR PRODUCT UNLESS YOU ARE DIRECTLY ASKED TO DO SO ON JULY 15, 2025.

• July 23, 2025: Selected finalists’ jewelry submissions due to JA office. A prepaid ship-back label must be included in this package.

• Week of July 28, 2025: In-person judging to take place

• August 1, 2025: Winners will be notified by this date. Pieces will also be returned no later than this date.
