Meet Your New Neighbors volunteer event -September 18

As part of Welcoming Week and in honor of National Good Neighbor Day (Sep 28) the City is hosting "Meet Your New Neighbors" through the New Connect Program. The New Connect program helps welcome new residents to the City. The program is made possible by a group of volunteers we call Community Connectors. They come together assemble bags and deliver to new residents. However, not all neighborhoods have Community Connectors and we can always use extra hands to make it happen. Sign up here to get your assignment. Then on Saturday, September 18 @ 10 a.m. come to City Hall to pick up your address list and materials to deliver to your new neighbors. We will make every effort to assign you addresses closest to your own neighborhood but some may have address in a different area of the city. Snacks will be provided during check out.

Let us know you are coming by checking the box below and entering your contact information. You will receive more detailed information about pickup, delivery and check-out closer to the event. Deliveries should only take 1.5 - 2 hours or so to complete.
