Coaching Services

You can sign up for the following coaching services via this form. For any other coaching services, we advise that you schedule a complimentary 15-minute intro call with Kristin by booking an appointment through her Calendly.

Resume Review ($200 flat rate) - Includes a meeting with our coach and a conversation about ways to improve your resume as well as the overall story you are sharing.

Mock Interview ($200 and $400 options) - We'll practice answering commonly-asked questions and some unconventional ones to make sure that you're confident and prepared to show off your experience. You'll also receive a recording of the session that will allow you to fully engage during the process and review your feedback as you'd like in the future.

Networking Event (Pay What You Can) - NRG is offering an opportunity for individuals to get together and network!

NRG Private Coaching ($800 flat rate) - We will provide 4 hours of custom coaching based on your needs. Here are some examples of what’s available: discernment support to help clarify your must haves and nice to haves for your next role, “tell me about yourself” practice for interviews and networking, feedback on your job search materials, including your resume, and how to align your LinkedIn and overall online presence, interviewing training, tips, and practice, and how to leverage your network and best practices for informational interviews.

NRG Coaching Plus ($1,800 flat rate) - We will provide 10 hours of custom coaching based on your needs. Coaching Plus offers the support outlined above, along with ongoing thought partnership, feedback and accountability throughout your job search.

Small Group Coaching Session ($100 per session) - Small group coaching sessions are a strategic way to focus on a topic with a group of your peers. You will join five or six other people on the job hunt for each 60 minute session. Topics include: understanding how to use LinkedIn, revising your resume, preparing for an interview, and more.

Coaching Cohort ($600) - This new cohort is a set of small group coaching sessions that take place over the course of a month: every Thursday for four weeks. This pilot program is a discounted price from our individual coaching offerings. You will effectively and efficiently launch your job search in 2025 as well as connect with other job seekers.
