Carnival Mardi Gras Ship Inspection Application - Sep 7, 2025

We are excited to invite you to attend a pre-CoNexion ship inspection with Carnival Cruise Line on the Carnival Mardi Gras!

Please read the full details below, and only apply if you will be able to attend. In order to be approved for this ship inspection, you must be a Nexion Travel Group member and also registered to attend CoNexion 2025. Sorry, guests are not permitted to attend.

Date: Sunday, September 7, 2025

Time: Transfer will leave from the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at approximately 8:30AM (exact time will be re-confirmed in pre-event communications and this time may change to earlier if needed)

The Ship Inspection will last approximately 10AM - 2:30 or 3PM with an approximate return to the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort at 4PM

Lunch onboard is included

Round-trip transportation to/from the port is included from the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort

FILLING OUT THIS FORM DOES NOT GUARANTEE YOUR ATTENDANCE. PLEASE WAIT TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM NEXION TRAVEL GROUP, EITHER CONFIRMING YOUR ATTENDANCE, OR PLACING YOU ONTO A WAITLIST IF SPACE IS FULL.

There is no charge to attend this ship inspection. However, if you are confirmed to attend and you need to cancel, you must do so no later than August 10, 2025.

Failure to cancel by the date listed or not showing up for the ship inspection will result in a $100 cancellation penalty charged to your Nexion Travel Group Account.

This ship inspection is capacity controlled and limited to available space. Filling out the form below expresses your interest, but does not guarantee attendance. Please wait to hear from us before you make non-refundable arrangements.

You will receive an automated email from us within 2 business days to let you know that you are either confirmed to attend OR placed on the waitlist. Once on the waitlist, we will only be able to clear space if it becomes available. The email will come from automation@smartsheet.internova.com

I understand that by submitting this form, I am requesting to attend the Carnival Mardi Gras ship inspection on September 7, from approximately 10AM to 2:30 or 3PM. If taking the transportation, it will leave by 8:30AM and return around 4PM. I understand this is not an acceptance to attend, and I must wait for a confirmation. I also understand if I need to cancel and do not do so on or before August 10, 2025, or I do not show up for the ship inspection, that I will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
