Leader Communities of Practice Descriptions
Executive Leader Community of Practice: The Strong Foundations Implementation Executive Leader Community of Practice exists to provide collaborative learning for district leaders implementing HQIM (Superintendents, Assistant Superintendents, Chief Academic Officers, Program Directors, and Executive Directors). It is a platform for leaders to engage in short bouts of new learning from a featured keynote speaker, while also experiencing focused small-group discussions.
School Leader Community of Practice: The Strong Foundations Implementation School Leader Community of Practice will provide an opportunity for leaders (Principals, Assistant Principals, Academic Deans, and Instructional Coaches) to continuously improve HQIM practices on campus while building their capacity as instructional leaders. Leaders who attend these sessions will foster resiliency in their schools as they are equipped to support the strong continued use of HQIM for students. Each session will be delivered twice to provide flexibility in leaders’ attendance.
