AWS training courses are confirmed and facilitated by our authorized training partner ExitCertified.

Exam vouchers will be provided as a confirmation email from Xvoucher.

Please allow up to 2-3 business days from the time of your request to receive confirmation.

AWS Training Courses

Please make any cancelation or rescheduling requests 24 hours or more prior to the course date.
Classes range from 3-4 consecutive business days with 8 hours of content scheduled for each day. Please plan accordingly.
To receive an exam voucher upon course completion, you must be in attendance for no less than 75% of the virtual class.
Classes are confirmed and facilitated by ExitCertified.

AWS Exam Vouchers

Exam vouchers are emailed to the recipient from XVoucher, which includes the voucher code and instructions to schedule the exam.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date they are issued and must be redeemed prior to expiration.
Voucher expiration dates cannot be extended under any circumstances.
Vouchers are certification specific and can only be redeemed for the exam it's assigned for. Please ensure you redeem the voucher for the correct AWS exam.
Each voucher may be redeemed to take one AWS certification exam, delivered at an authorized Pearson VUE testing center. Some exams may be taken online, see Pearson VUE website for full details.
Once an exam is confirmed you may reschedule up to two times by accessing your reservation with Pearson VUE.
If you cancel a scheduled exam with Pearson VUE, a new voucher will not be supplied to schedule a new exam.
You must provide TD SYNNEX with a pass or fail status after you have completed your exam.
Expired, stolen, or lost vouchers will not be replaced.
Each voucher may only be used once.
Voucher may not be redeemed for cash, credit or refund.
Voucher may not be applied to exams that have already been taken. This includes retakes.
This voucher is non-transferable and is void if altered or revised in any way.
Any voucher request requires proof of training from one of the options listed here, or from another digital training platform (i.e. Udemy). A file can be uploaded using the Proof of Completion field below.*
