Equipment purchased with FFVP funds which cost over $250.00 must receive CDE approval prior to the purchase of equipment.


Equipment will not be approved for reimbursement without a completed and approved justification form.

Equipment Description

 

Describe the equipment needed to operate the FFVP successfully.

 

Include the total cost of purchasing the equipment.

 

If the equipment will also be used in the school breakfast or national school lunch program(s), the cost must be prorated. For example, if the equipment will be used 50% of the time for FFVP, and 50% of the time for other programs, only 50% of the cost may be covered with FFVP funding.
