COST

Registration and materials: $2,500 per person for a five-day, in-person institute.

Group rates: Teams of 5 or more participants are $2,000 per person for a five-day, in-person institute.

Breakfast and lunch included daily.

HOTEL

Hotel costs should not be included in payments made directly to QTEL. We will only collect payment for the registration cost.

WestEd has a hotel block contract with Ala Moana Honolulu by Mantra, but you may also book a different hotel of your choice. The hotel booking link is HERE. The cut-off date to book is May 8, 2025.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Received on or before: April 7, 2025: 100% of tuition refunded
• Received on or before: April 21, 2025: 75% of tuition refunded
• Received on or before: May 26, 2025: 50% of tuition refunded
• After May 26, 2025: We will not be able to refund tuition.

NO-SHOW POLICY

If you do not send a notice of cancellation via email to qtel@wested.org and fail to show up on the day of the event, you will responsible for 100% of the tuition. By checking the box, you acknowledge this policy.
