Request a Letter from the Chancellor

Thank you for your interest in having the Chancellor write a letter on behalf of your organization or an individual. To ensure that the Office of the Chancellor is able to meet your needs and expectations, please provide the following information and attach a draft of the letter.

A member of the Chancellor's Executive Council must authorize your letter request prior to submission. If you have obtained approval, proceed with selecting the executive who approved the request below.


For external requests, choose the External Request option from the dropdown menu and proceed with submitting your request.

Letter Request Details

Please provide the letter as a Microsoft Word file and be sure to include the name, title, organization and address of the recipient. If the letter is being emailed, include the email address for the recipient.
