Lancaster Festival Catering Request

Welcome to Provisions Bakery & Deli's online catering order form! As we prepare for the annual Lancaster Festival we're excited to offer our catering services to enhance your festival experience. Whether you're hosting a private event or planning a gathering during the festival, our freshly baked goods, deli-style sandwiches, homemade soups, signature salads, and delightful espresso drinks are perfect for any occasion. Let us bring the flavors of Provisions Bakery & Deli to your festival celebrations.


Please review and select your desired package below. Both packages are "Cooler" picnic style serving 10 people per table. Coolers will be available for pick up at Provisions on 7/26/2025 AND 8/2/2025 from 4pm to 5pm for the Saturday Night concert at Ohio University Lancaster. Scheduled cooler catering available for pick up at provisions for all other concerts and events with 48 hours notice.


Deadlines for Concert Catering are:

- 7/30 for 8/2


Deadlines for non-concert catering are:

-7/25 for 7/28

-7/26 for 7/29

-7/27 for 7/30


You are required to provide a clean, 75qt cooler (minimum size) to Provisions. We will label and pack it for the concert for you.


Scheduled cooler catering available for pick up at Provisions for all other concerts and events with 48 hours notice. (Beverage service not available for weekday concerts)


All orders must be paid 72 hours in advance. Cancellations with refund require 72 hour notice.

Beverages will also be available for purchase. Skip the beverage line! You will need to provide a SEPARATE, clean, 50 Qt. cooler for beverage delivery (size appropriate for the beverages you are ordering). Provisions will pack the cooler with ice and deliver the cooler directly to your table.


REMINDER: There will be NO outside beverages permitted at the concert venue!


Please note: Pickup is not available for the beverage service and you MUST order a catering package to order our beverage service.


INCLEMENT WEATHER- We deliver RAIN or SHINE! If its raining, all food items will be put into plastic bags. If the weather looks threatening, you may call us 2 HOURS prior to scheduled delivery time to make arrangements to pick up your order at Provisions. We will otherwise deliver all scheduled orders unless the concert is cancelled.

Start your concert picnic off with a Charcuterie arrangement. This includes cheeses, meats, 2 dips and crudité. Follow your appetizers with an assortment of sandwiches including Ham & Swiss, Turkey & Colby, Italian, and Mini Chicken Salad Croissants then add your choice of (2) house made side salads, 10 portions of each. Finish your concert picnic with an assorted dessert tray. Tablecloth, plates, napkins, & silverware provided.

Alfresco Dinner At The Lancaster Festival (For Tables of 10)

Start your concert picnic off with a curated Burrata Board, including Fresh Burrata, pesto, melon, prosciutto, tomato and crackers. Follow your appetizer with an Entrée platter of chilled marinated shrimp, apple wood smoked ham, and grilled sliced Beef, and house made sides. Entrée platter served with sandwich accouterments (red onion, tomato, lettuce, Aioli/mayo and ciabatta.) Finish your picnic with a dessert assortment of small pastries and fresh fruit. Tablecloth, plates, napkins, & silverware provided.

Festival Approved Beverages

Beverages are $6 each or a bucket of 6 drinks for $30.


Pre- purchased beverage pick up will be at the Main Beverage Station located by the food pavilion. ID will be required to pick up. Maximum of 24 individual servings per concert night. Maximum of 10 bottle/ boxes per concert night.
