Event Information Submission Form

Welcome to the Online Event Information Submission Form!

The Communications Unit of the Division of Institutional Advancement is pleased to collect event information for distribution to campus colleagues and the community.

This form is only for event information applicable to the general public.

Continue to email campus announcements and in memoriams to Jeff Womble (jwomble@uncfsu.edu) and LaShanta McCorkle (lmccorkle@uncfsu.edu)

If you'd like your event information to be shared, complete this form and Mr. Jeff Womble, the AVC of Communications and Public Relations, will collaborate with campus colleagues to determine the distribution of the information.

We are making an effort to notify people about events sooner in order to increase engagement. Please submit your information at least 15 business days prior to your event date. You may be contacted for additional details.

Distributed event information can be found on FSU's website, https://www.uncfsu.edu/events.

Attaching documents or photos is optional, but it helpful to publicizing the event. You may submit up to 5 files. For documents, you may upload PDF, Word, Excel, or PowerPoint files no larger than 30 MB. For photos, you may upload a high resolution JPEG photo no larger than 30 MB.
