The Office of Research strives to ensure that prospective faculty members joining the UGA community receive exceptional service and support, even before they arrive. This starts with an evaluation of the candidate's needs prior to arrival.


This form should be submitted by the hiring department at the offer letter stage. Based on responses, various Office of Research units will be notified of this potential new hire.
