All meetings of the Council of the College are open to the public unless the Council has ruled that all or a portion of the meeting must be held in camera. While the majority of meetings are being held virtually, the Council may determine that an in-person meeting is necessary. When this occurs, any interested party is invited to register to attend the meeting as an observer.

As a condition of observing the meeting, all individuals must agree to the Guidelines for Attending a Council meeting.
