• Online Bill Pay, Auto Debit/ACH and/or eBilling available and preferred. Paper bills assessed an additional $2.00 fee.

• IP addresses are dynamic. Static IPs are available at $20.00 per month, per connection.

• WiFi routers/modems are the responsibility of the customer/end user. We don’t lease or manage customer routers/modems. It’s recommended to purchase a router/modem that covers the square footage of your residence and supports whatever speed of fiber service you select.

• We don’t offer TV services. We recommend streaming cable alternatives such as Hulu TV, Fubo TV, YouTube TV, etc. as well as Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.

• This service is NOT dedicated internet access (DIA) service. DIA is available at higher rates.
