NEW this year, NO personal items are allowed on the tree. Any personal items a decorator wants back must be placed around the tree and clearly marked.

Please review some of the key Tree Farm Decorator Guidelines below and confirm your understanding by checking the box.

Tree skirts are required. Recommended size is 48-inch circumference. Tree skirts can be a piece of fabric, blanket or sheet. The tree skirt remains with the tree and is not returned to you.

In addition to decorations, donated goods and/or services of $250 or more must be part of your tree as these are part of a silent auction. Please note that tree decorations (i.e. ornaments) do not count toward the additional value. We will request your itemized list of items with values a few weeks out from the event.

All decorations must be wired on the tree, garland or wreath. Wired on means the wire hook is wrapped securely around the branch so when trees are moved for delivery the decorations do not fall off.

Please check the box to confirm that you have reviewed the Decorator Guidelines noted above as well as the full document at the link below. The Festival Staff reserves the right to remove your tree if the guidelines are not followed.
