UNE Life Clubs Space - Access Request

UNE Life Clubs Common Room and Meeting Space is located in the new (and still developing!) UNE Life HQ, where Campus Essentials & Post Office once was. It consists of: The Club Common Room - a non-bookable space with foldable tables, chairs, whiteboard, AV setup with wireless display, and eventually, all of you with your ideas and your sharing and your own club promotional assets. The UNE Life Meeting Space - a bookable room for meetings, training, zoom sessions, whatever you might need. It is equipped with all the same tables and chairs, whiteboard, and a SmartBoard with video conferencing. This room is also occasionally used by UNE staff and us, however it's a private booking system and if you're a club exec, you should know how to book it ;-) If not, get in touch with us at clubsandsocieties@une.edu.au.

Conditions of Using the Space

---------------------------------------------------- Users of this Space are expected to be considerate of the comfort and convenience of others. In particular: • smoking is prohibited in this space and in the immediate area of UNE Life HQ. • animals (other than guide dogs) may not be brought into the space. • users may not deface, damage or destroy any equipment in the space. • users may not in any way interfere with the personal belongings of other users. UNE Life reserves the right to remove access permissions from any student who does not comply with the above, or who acts in a manner otherwise deemed inappropriate
