Student Club & Organization Recognition of Engagement Program (24-25)

The Student Club and Organization Recognition of Engagement Program (SCORE) was created to recognize and reward student organizations for their participation in activities, on and off campus. This program provides opportunities for organizations to earn points from various workshops, leadership development opportunities, volunteer experiences, and more. You may submit this form to confirm the earning of points for your club/organization. Supporting documents can be uploaded at the bottom if required.

40 points. List the event name (coordinating with the Activity/Event form). Example: Host professional speakers or community leaders to discuss current issues; provide leadership training to the student body; organize a food drive. An essay about how this project had an impact must be submitted to the Office of Student Life and Development via the SCORE submission form.

 

40 points. List the event name (coordinating with the Activity/Event form). Example: a majors club partnering with Counseling and Social Services to promote mental health, hosting an 8 week session of Social Readers.

 

30 points. Actively participate in Homecoming Week (November 4th-9th) by participating in Tailgating on the 9th.

 

20 points. Please list the representative

 

100 points. Please submit the written documentation of service hours and After Action Report with this form. Include what the service action was, how hours were earned, and students/employees that were involved. The After Action Report is located in GC Forms.

 

25 points.

 

50 points. Submitted the Goal Setting form, located in GC Forms, with at least 3 goals within the first 30 days of the fall semester. An end of the year review of the goals and what was accomplished must also be submitted to earn the points.
