Vendor/Contractor Permit Request Form

Important Notice:

Due to the long-term construction project for the new student housing development, the Liberal Arts Lot will not be available or accessible for any parking arrangements.

These permits are NOT for Boise State Employees or Students.

Please submit requests a minimum of two weeks prior to your need to allow time for processing.

Vendor Permit Information:

Annual Vendor Permits are $200 per year.

Subsequent Annual Vendor Permits are $100 each up to 2 additional annual permits. All valid through expiration date of first permit.

Monthly Vendor Permits are $20 per month.

Vendor Permits are only allowed to park in the following areas/zones:

Reserve Lots

Commuter Lots

Parking Garages

Admin Visitor Lots

Housing Lots

Service Vehicle Stalls

Metered Stalls

If your company will require additional access not listed above, please request these accommodations in the Additional Information or Special Notes box below.

Contractor Permit Information:

Main-Campus Annual Permits are $150 per year.

Main-Campus Monthly Permits are $15 per month.

Off-Campus Annual Permits are $63 per year.

Off-Campus Monthly Permits are $6 per month.

Contractor Permits are only allowed to park in one parking area/zone.

If your company will require parking access for more than one area/zone, please fill out a Vendor Request Form instead.
