ASU Chandler Innovation Center Room Reservation Request Form

Convening space at the ASU Chandler Innovation Center is available to the following user groups for educational and entrepreneurial programming: ASU, City of Chandler, affiliates of ASU’s Edson Entrepreneurship + Innovation Institute, local entrepreneurs, and nonprofit community organizations collaborating with ASU.

Meetings and events hosted by community partner organizations that are collaborating with ASU should be professional and free to attend. Non-university organizations will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance.

We are not able to accommodate recreational uses, fundraising, sales, or use by for-profit entities which are not participants of the Chandler Endeavor Venture Innovation Incubator.

Requestors seeking convening space for recreational and social gatherings may want to explore the City of Chandler’s facility rental options and ASU’s facility rental options at the Polytechnic Student Union, Memorial Union (Tempe campus) and Old Main (Tempe campus).

Please note alcohol must be served by a licensed vendor. The event host is responsible for obtaining the required City of Chandler, State of Arizona and ASU permits. Event organizers should allow for at least 90 days to obtain the required permits.

ASU defines minors as any individual under the age of 18 who is a participant in an activity or program. This does not include persons under the age of 18 who are enrolled for academic credit or have been accepted for enrollment.
