Booth Variation Request Form

Complete By: June 10, 2024

If your booth/exhibit varies in height/depth from the regulations mandated in our Booth Type Guidelines and Rules & Regulations or if you intend to construct solid walls, two-story structures**, canopies or ceilings, you MUST complete this form by June 10, 2024. Included with this form you will need to submit a picture or drawing/sketch of your booth. (Detailed explanation may suffice if photo/drawing not available.)

**All second story plans must be safety certified by a licensed professional engineer before floor plans are submitted. Variance requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be granted only when, in the opinion of Show Management, there is a compelling need and where the granting of said waiver poses no detriment to other exhibitors. Submission of request does not guarantee approval. Remember, if you have any doubt about what you plan to have in your space, please contact Show Management (sarah@pcbc.com) before the show to confirm. This will prevent you from being asked to change your set-up onsite at the last minute.
