Who is eligible for a referral reward?

Current Petco and Vetco employees, FT & PT
New hires who have an employment start date

The following are not eligible for a referral bonus but can still refer candidates to Petco:

Interns, contractors, consultants or contingent workers
VPs and above
Talent Acquisition or HR recruiters
Employees in a position to make a hiring decision or in the direct chain of command for the hired role
Self-referrals and referrals for internal job candidates who already work at Petco/Vetco
