To make a request for support of a Go-Go Music related concert, event, program, or initiative taking place between the dates of January 13, 2025 and September 30, 2025, please complete this form.
MISSION
The Go-Go Community Support Program is aligned with the District of Columbia priority to advance, preserve, and archive Go-Go Music, history, culture, artists, and performance venues pursuant to the Go-Go Official Music of the District of Columbia Designation Act of 2020. The program is committed to the support of Go-Go Music artists, performance venues, and programs that advance education, archiving, and preservation of Go-Go Music, history, and culture.

SUPPORT POLICY
Support for approved applications CANNOT be issued in advance of the event or program date. SUPPORT CANNNOT BE ISSUED until after the approved event, program, or initiative has taken place, a support agreement finalized/executed, and all services have been rendered.
DC GOVERNMENT VENDOR PROFILE REQUIREMENT
A DC Vendor Portal registration in good standing is REQUIRED to receive Go-Go Support, NO EXCEPTIONS. The Go-Go Support Program contractual signatory must verify they have no outstanding obligations to the District of Columbia Government to establish a vendor profile and be eligible to receive support.
If you do not currently have a DC Vendor Profile in good standing, you will NOT be able to complete this application until you have registered for and received a DC Government vendor profile.
If you do not currently have a Vendor Profile or do not have access to your vendor Supplier Number, you can obtain a DC Vendor Profile by following the instructions below:
HOW TO ESTABLISH A DC VENDOR PROFILE
You can establish a DC Government Vendor profile by completing the Vendor Registration Form on DC Government Vendor Portal: https://vendorportal.dc.gov/Account/Terms.
After you establish your vendor profile you will be assigned a Supplier Number. Once you have that number, enter it into the application form below when directed.

CHECK/CONFIRM DC VENDOR PROFILE STATUS
If you believe you might have a DC Vendor Profile in good standing, or know you have a vendor profile but do not have access to your Supplier Number , you can confirm your DC Vendor Profile status and ID numbers by contacting DC Vendor Support at 202-724-4477 or dcvendorsupport@dc.gov.
NO CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS AVAILABLE
No credit card or e-transaction payment options are available. NO EXCEPTIONS. In order to receive a support award, you will be required to establish a DC Government Vendor profile. See above.
APPLICATION REVIEW/PROCESSING TIME
If the applicant is not currently a DC government vendor, please submit your application at least 6 - 8 weeks before the date of the event, project or program. If you do have a vendor profile established, the processing time may be shorter.
