It is Massanutten Mountain Music's (M3) pleasure to welcome you to apply to be a Food Truck Vendor at our summer festivals. You may apply to be a vendor at one or all of our Festivals. The individual Festival dates & times are listed below.


Valley Fest | Saturday, May 24, 2025 | 11:30am - 5:30pm

Summer Jam | Thursday, July 3, 2025 | 5:00 - 10:00pm

Rock the Ridge | Saturday, August 2, 2025 | 5:00 - 10:00pm

MASS Bash | Saturday, August 30, 2025 | 5:00 - 10:00pm

Oktoberfest | Saturday, September 20, 2025 | 11:30am - 5:30pm

Fall Festival | Saturday, October 11, 2025 | 11:30am - 5:30pm


The 2025 food truck vendor fee is $250 for up to 20' of space, with the option to add an additional 10' of space for $150.


Vendor spots will not be guaranteed until payment has been made. **Payment link will be sent out once you are approved to be a vendor** Payments must be made no later than two weeks prior to the Festival date.


Massanutten Mountain Music requires that all vendors remain set up and open during the festival hours.


Massanutten Mountain Music reserves the right to reassign booth spaces. If reassignment is necessary, vendor will be notified as soon as possible.


All vendors (including returning vendors) must submit photographs of menus and food option along with the application.


All vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and chairs. This is an outdoor grassy area located at the base of the ski slopes. Please bring weights and stakes to secure your tent, all tents must be secured properly. Vendors will be responsible for the set up and tear down of their area. There will be no additional Massanutten staff to help with these duties.

If you have a COI that will be valid on on the date of the festival, you can upload it here, otherwise, please email a copy of your valid COI no less than 3 weeks prior to the festival date to activities@massresort.com.
