Please read the following instructions carefully. Incomplete booking forms will not be accepted.

1) Answer all questions completely.

2) The list of products or services you plan to sell or provide must be specific.

3) Please be aware that even though you provide us with a list of products you wish to sell or services you wish to provide, not all of these products will be on the permitted products list. RA and SIRR have other contractual arrangements with sponsors and suppliers; therefore, the sale of some products may not be possible. In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, decisions made by RA on what product/s you will be permitted to sell will be final.

4) Make sure that you have your Public Liability Insurance and Workers' Compensation Certificates of Currency on hand as these will be required as a part of this booking.

Note: This cost includes the hire of the marquee only (no flooring). Your nominated site hire fee will be added to marquee hire cost. E.g. 6x9m2 site hire plus 3x3m2 marquee hire = $1000 + $435 = $1435




Please select the total footprint of your site, including the marquee as well as any boats or other infrastructure.

Note: in 2018 there will be no vehicles allowed to park at your exhibitor site. Due to the new fee structure, you must advise the total footprint of your site.






Your stall hire fee includes access to 1 standard 10 amp power outlet in addition to one table and two chairs. Please indicate any additional requirements below.
