The pre-approved bus contractor based on the destination MUST be used unless they are unable to accommodate your request. If the bus company is not listed, you must select "Not Listed/Other" list the name of the bus company in the Special Instruction field. You must provide the bookkeeper with the confirmation/email. If this information is not provided to the bookkeeper this will delay the process and/or will prevent a contract from being issued.

If the bus company being used for this field trip is not on the bid sheet, you must provide a copy of the bus confirmation or email confirmation. If you do not do this, this may delay the approval process and/or the trip may be rejected by the Department of Procurement.
