Paraeducator Assessment Registration

This form is to notify Clackamas Education Service District of IA's needing to take the Paraeducator Assessment. Once you have registered the participant, we will reach out to them with available testing dates and you will be cc'd when we have confirmed their testing day and time.

Please include the email of the HR Contact for scheduling & scoring.

If you're requesting on-site testing at your District building, there are additional fees, as well as a minimum requirement of individual's needing to be tested. It is an additional $50 for on-site testing and there must be a minimum of 4 individuals needing to take the assessment.
