Direct Debit Enrollment
With DIRECT DEBIT service from the City of Clearwater , your utility bill is automatically paid from your checking or savings account ten (10) calendar days after the billing date. You simply receive a regular monthly statement. Instead of you writing a check, we’ll deduct the amount due from your bank account.
To sign up for DIRECT DEBIT service, simply complete this form and make sure to upload a clear electronic photo of a voided check.
