The Maryland Department of Human Services Family Investment Administration is pleased to announce the Fiscal Year (FY) 2026 Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Equipment Program (SNAEP) Applications are being accepted through this submission form.

All SNAEP grantees must follow the provisions and requirements listed in the FY 2026 SNAEP Guidelines. Please read the FY 2026 SNAEP Guidelines carefully before completing the FY 2026 SNAEP Application.

Please note that a FY 2026 SNAEP Application must be completed, signed and attached to this submission form to be considered. An electronic signature is acceptable.
