Updates to human resources data is a manual process; therefore, any updates and corrections should be viewed as a collaborative effort between employees and the Office of HRIS.

Employee Growth Chart is a listing of education history. ESPBC members may request charts to be updated. Historical coursework completed prior to SY 2024-2025 will be recorded as "Various Credits".

Important Note:

Official transcripts are required to record semester credits. Electronic transcripts must be sent directly to the Office of HRIS to certunit@bcps.org from the college or university. Paper transcripts are NOT accepted.

Semester credits only are applied to growth chart updates and salary advancements. Quarter credits are converted to the equivalent semester credit.

Salary changes are effective the beginning of the following pay period after receipt of the required documentation.
