EFL does not tolerate any sort of misconduct in or during its learning provision (misconduct including but not limited to inappropriate language, behaviour or derogatory comments). Should any learner believe that they have been the target of misconduct or have witnessed misconduct towards another individual whilst attending a learning event, we encourage individuals to refer any such incident through completing this form.

England Football Learning will listen to concerns, take them seriously and will seek to protect those who raise issues so that they are not subject to reprisals, victimisation or detrimental treatment. Any alleged wrongdoing will be investigated robustly and with discretion.

Where misconduct is proven, EFL will sanction individuals as appropriate and, as far as is possible, take any available steps to protect learners from such a situation arising again.
