Use this form below to report misuse of the AIA designation by a member, nonmember, or firm. The membership team will make the initial contact by notifying the individual or firm. Nonmembers will be asked to discontinue use, while members will receive guidance on proper usage. If the individual or firm does not correct the matter within 30 days of notification, the legal team will take over and escalate next steps.
