Nominees Must Be a District of Columbia Native or Resident

In order to be qualify as a OCTFME Filmmaker of the Month candidate, the nominee must be at least one of the following: (1) a current District of Columbia resident; (2) born or raised in the District of Columbia; or (3) must be a principal employee at District of Columbia registered media-related business, non-profit or educational institution.
