2. Additionally, you will not see this report listed in your safety concern portal which will prevent you from viewing your submission history or being able to update the details of your report.
3. You will still receive a tracking number to view the status of your report on the public dashboard.

Please include the specific location whenever possible. (e.g. Building and Room)

Tip: Some users report it useful to attach a screenshot of your location to the report for an exact location of the hazard.
